# SkyPulse 4-Port USB hub

The SkyPulse **USB Hub** is a compact 4-port USB 2.0 hub module built around the Microchip USB2514B hub controller IC. The board is configured to operate in unmanaged mode, meaning no software configuration / drivers are required.

All ports work in the following modes in order to support all types of devices:

* <mark style="color:purple;">**High-Speed**</mark> (480Mbps)
* <mark style="color:blue;">**Full-Speed**</mark> (12Mbps)
* <mark style="color:cyan;">**Low-Speed**</mark> (1.5Mbps)

#### USB Ports (J1-J5):

One upstream port (J1) connects to the host system, while four downstream ports (J2–J5) provide USB 2.0 connections to peripheral devices. All USB interfaces are broken out through Molex Pico-Clasp locking connectors.

#### Power Input (J6):

The board is powered from an external 5V supply delivered via a **JST-GH** 4-pin connector (J6), meaning it can power devices with a high current load without any issues.
